What went wrong? I gave this five stars. This app has decided to be totally disobedient, showing periods of rain some of which are shown as heavy in my area. Yet all is calm and dry. I am starting to think the developer may be using UK met office data which is completely wrong all of the time. Shame. This was definitely a five star app.
Useful and accurate.
I've been using this app forever. I have the pro version. It's a bit basic too look at but the app is awesome. I've ridden round the IOM at the TT and stayed 1 step ahead of the rain. It's generally very accurate. I've replaced the warning sound for rain with a rumbling thunder sound which seems to impress people. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Almost real time coverage I like it
Fair to say I've used this app almost every day, at least every time I venture out for a ride. It sits quietly running in the background, monitoring the areas I'm riding through, warning me of approaching rain fall within an adjustable 15 mile radius of my exact location in real-time. I have managed on many occasions to plot where it's falling and avoid the rain entirely, thanks to the apps fast-responding animated colour (rain intensity) UI display. I've also set four different custom audio alerts for different severities of rainfall. Conclusion: Hands down, this is one of, if not the most accurate rain predictors available to date. 👍🏻
Why no rain display on north of Sabah? Kudat district area?
I've been using the app for years. It's one of the first apps I install on a new phone.
Stopped working weeks ago I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it just doesn't work anymore
A great rain alarm app. For me, the app does a great job notifying me of approaching rainfall. Very customizable. Can set the map type, color scheme, number of radar images in a loop, transparency, search radius, units, and more. Provides weather forecast, with data provider by Foreca.
